Compared to the instrumentation industry,some medical devices are very large, among which the typical high-end medicalequipment is CT. The emergence of CT equipment has made the clarity andreliability of the fine structures displayed in medical imaging incomparable toany other imaging equipment before. Therefore, it has solved many previouslydifficult problems in clinical medicine and greatly promoted the development ofvarious medical pancakeiplines.


The slip rings used in CT are generally pancakeproducts with large aperture separation structures. JINPAT has conductedmultiple technical verifications in this field and developed pancake slip ringswith a maximum aperture of 825mm. Due to the high operating speed of CT, thefriction pairs of CT slip rings are all carbon brush type.


In addition to CT, many small medicaldevices also use slip rings, such as the common shadowless lamps in theoperating room, many of which are equipped with slip rings. Some shadowlesslamps that integrate high-definition cameras will also integratehigh-definition video signal pathways in the matching slip rings. In theoperating rooms of some large hospitals, advanced high-precision surgicaltreatment robots are also equipped, and a sliding ring is also installed onthese robots.
