JINPAT Super Miniature Slip Rings, also known as the LPMS series, represent the slip ring model with the smallest figure among all the JINPAT slip ring products. And in this series, Model LPMS-12A is the largest. It adopts engineering plastics as housing. On the contrary, LPMS-08D and LPMS-05D have the smallest figure, with a diameter of only 5.5mm. In the near future, JINPAT Electronics will develop even smaller slip rings with a diameter of 4.5 mm or 4.8mm.
LPMS-04A is a slip ring with least channel numbers. This slip ring also takes up engineering plastic as housing. Since there are only 4 channels with an outer diameter of only 7.9mm. Given the small amount of channel numbers and its super mini size, LPMS-04A super miniature slip ring is one of the most economical and high efficient solution. This slip ring model is generally applied in a bolt loading sensor. Even in such a small body, LPMS-04A manages to transmit both signal and power.

Compared with LPMS-04A, LPMS-06 has two more channel with the same outer diameter of 7.9mm. The difference lies in its housing; it takes up stainless steel instead of plastic. Thanks to its excellent electronic and mechanical performances, this super miniature slip ring is favored by many universities and scientific institutions. It is installed in small application like experimental equipment for mice.
Now, let’s move on to the LPMS-08 branch. There are 5 miniature slip ring models coded from A to E. Among them, LPMS-08D has the smallest diameter, 5.5mm. The diameter of LPMS-08C is 6.5mm. These two models have the largest production volume among the 8-channel series.
Aside from the large production, these two slip rings are applied in very similar applications. They are majored installed in the hand-hold camera stabilizers. Likewise, models in the super miniature slip rings like LPMS-12U can also be used in the stabilizer. According to the actual requirements, adaptation and integration can be made to get the best slip ring model for the application.
