JINPAT, as aprofessional slip ring manufacturer, has an experienced team specializing inthe design of slip rings for engineering machinery and is capable of developingpneumatic hydraulic slip rings for excavators. For excavators, pneumatichydraulic slip rings can be installed not only on excavators but also in otherplaces. This is limited to some special excavator variant products that replacethe digging bucket with other functional equipment, such as clamshell grabs andsome special-purpose machinery with fully rotating chassis. These machines, with chassis and bodies capable of relative rotation, almost always featurehydraulic plunger pumps and pneumatic hydraulic slip rings.

The mostcommon slip ring on excavators is the pneumatic hydraulic slip ring, which ismounted on the chassis and often used in conjunction with the excavator'shydraulic plunger pump to transmit high-pressure hydraulic fluid duringrotational operations. In order to transmit hydraulic oil at higher pressures, these pneumatic hydraulic slip rings are generally made of stainless steel toensure strength. Depending on the power or tonnage, the size of the gas andliquid passages in these slip rings may vary slightly.

Since modernexcavators are hydraulic-driven, pneumatic hydraulic slip rings capable ofwithstanding high pressure are used to solve the problem of high-pressure oiltransmission. In some models of excavators from certain manufacturers, electricslip rings are also installed on the chassis, although these electric sliprings are generally only found on small or mini excavators. JINPAT hasdeveloped various models of electric slip rings for such small excavators, incorporating anti-vibration structural design internally and using materialsfor the outer casing that are similar to those of pneumatic hydraulic sliprings, typically high-strength steel. In addition to the above cases, JINPAThas also developed pneumatic hydraulic electric integrated slip rings for thesetypes of machinery.
