It takes up case design, the structure endows the slip ring with excellent heat dissipation performance. Besides, there is a built-in temperature regulator to help provide a stable environment for the slip ring to operate stably. To cater with the extreme condition of the ocean, this custom slip ring is with excellent water proof and good salt spray corrosion resistance.

Another similar solution is JINPAT slip ring for port cranes. This type of slip rings is suitable for on-land construction machines. LPA000-03280-01PE-0440-1605 and LPA000-03560-01PE-0150-160 are two good examples. They have high protection grading and integrate a pneumatic channel. The power capacity is very high in order to integrate more power channels and signal channels.

LPA130-031000-01PE-50S is one of JINPAT’s proudly present slip ring models for podded ship propellers. JINPAT podded ship propeller slip ring features excellent resistance to oil mist, salt spray, and mould. It passed the damp heat test and vibration test carried upon the IEC60068-2-30 standard. Pneumatic hydraulic channel can endure pressure up to 1MPa.
