JINPAT Large-Scale Multi-Channel Pneumatic-Hydraulic-Electrical Integrated Slip Ring

The core innovation lies in its pneumatic-hydraulic module. The rotor and stator are crafted from SUS304 stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel, respectively, ensuring corrosion resistance and mechanical durability. The liquid module supports both coolant and hydraulic oil channels, with the hydraulic oil pathways capable of withstanding 250Bar pressure to meet the demanding requirements of heavy-duty machinery. With a total length of 1,092mm, this module not only represents JINPAT’s longest design in its category but also leads the industry in pressure-bearing capacity.   

The electrical slip ring module is integrated into the stator end of the pneumatic-hydraulic assembly. Wires pass through the central bore of the pneumatic-hydraulic module and extend to the rotor’s terminal. Designed with 40 high-current 5A circuits, it employs 10-core shielded cables to minimize electromagnetic interference. Signal transmission achieves Gigabit stability via LAPP CAT5e Ethernet cables and RJ45 interfaces. To enhance reliability, a protective end cap with side ports secures cables and simplifies installation. This model has been successfully deployed in ship thrusters, industrial robots, and automated production lines.
