Through Bore Slip Ring With 20-50 Amps Circuits
Description:
Slip rings enable the transfer of electric power or signal across a rotating part, such as those
found in radar antennae, gun turrets, periscopes, electro-optic sensor gimbals and space satellites. The
sliding contact is established by a brush that presses against a metal ring. The “brush” looks like a
brush made from metal fibers, but more often it looks like a single wire or a spring with a pad of material
affixed to the end that contacts the ring. This LPT060 slip ring with through bore size 60 mm, it can
combine with power, signal,Ethernet,USB,Control Net,CANBUS, PROFIBUS, It could also be mounted by
shaft or optional flange mounting.
Features
60 mm through-bore.
Compact 135mm outside diameter.
Modular design - a single module can have: one 50 amps ring; two 30 amps rings; one, two or three 10 amps rings or six
5 amps signals.
Up to 20-50 amps circuits.
Speed up to 500 rpm continuous.
Steel bearings and machined shaft and housing for harsh environment.
Collar mounting is standard; flange mounting is optional.
