JINPAT Slip Ring for Petroleum Exploration

Given the practical condition of drilling, JINPAT slip ring exclusively for oil driller is designed according to comprehensive knowledge and on-the-spot investigation.

On this basis, the electrical slip ring is developed in an all-round way. In terms of some points, the slip ring supporting 20k mating cycles with 2A for each contact and 1,000 MΩ@500VDC insulation. A temperature rating up to 125℃(257F) is achieved with a plastic housing resistant to high temperature to fit the actual working condition. Furthermore, their selections cater to a high tolerance and groove surface finish to allow the O rings to seal to 3000 PSI. The pressure will be from water/dirt mix to match a drill head drilling through soil/rock/sand etc. As for the OD size, it can go to 20.9mm or more to meet different needs.
